Welcome to Apna Study AI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Apna Study AI mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Apna Study AI Pvt. Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Apna Study AI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

Apna Study AI is an AI-powered educational platform that provides:

• Instant doubt solving through screenshot analysis
• NCERT and other curriculum-based study materials
• AI-generated mindmaps, notes, and flashcards
• Personalized study planning and progress tracking
• Question bank and practice tests
• AI tutoring and chat assistance

The Service is intended for educational purposes only and should complement, not replace, traditional learning methods.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others
• Provide accurate information and keep it updated

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm our Service or other users.

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free and Premium Plans

Apna Study AI offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription, the details of which are available in the app.

4.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through the app stores (Google Play, Apple App Store) or authorized payment gateways.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and app store policies.

4.3 Price Changes

We may modify subscription prices with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes affect their subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Service only for lawful, educational purposes. You must NOT:

• Use the Service for cheating on examinations or academic misconduct
• Share your account with others or sell access to your account
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our Service
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

• AI responses should not be submitted as your own work without proper attribution.
• We continuously improve our AI but cannot guarantee error-free responses.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice.

• The courts of Bangalore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction
